2013 Small Business/Organization Exhibitors

PLEASE NOTE: The deadline for applying as an exhibitor has passed.

Event Date: Saturday, October 19, 2013

Event Time: 12 noon to 4:00 PM

Setup Time: 9:30 AM until 10:30 AM (per instructions by coordinator)

Event LocationLa Pintoresca Park, 1355 N Raymond Ave, Pasadena, CA 91104 (NW corner, Raymond and Washington)

Loading/Unloading: Directions will be given upon receipt of exhibitor form.

Parking: Parking will be available at a designated site.  Parking pass sent via email; 1 car per organization.

Equipment: Each business or vendor will share an 8′ table and will be provided a chair.  Please plan to bring with you any additional equipment you may need.  All equipment and display need to fit within the allotted space.

Please note that electricity will not be available for these exhibits.  Plan accordingly, please.


  • Festival held rain or shine.  VENDOR FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
  • Latino Heritage reserves the right to refuse vendors that are incompatible with event goals and guidelines.  A full refund will be issued if registration is not accepted.
  • Vendors may not give away plastic bags with purchases.
  • Vendors are responsible for paying sales tax in compliance with local and state tax law.

Registration Fee:

  • Organization providing event service  – FREE
  • Vendors selling products – $20.00
  • Exhibitors providing information – $10.00
  • Not for profit – $5.00

Sending Registration Fee: After completing the form below, you should receive an email with the information you submitted.  Please

  1. print the email
  2. make out a check payable to Latino Heritage.
  3. mail check with printed email entry form to:

If you don’t have access to a printer, please be sure to include the names of the organization and the contact person in the memo field of the check.
