EVENT DATE: Saturday, October 6, 2012
SET UP TIME: 9:30 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. (per instructions by coordinator)
EVENT LOCATION: La Pintoresca Park, 1355 N. Raymond Avenue, Pasadena, CA 91104 (Northwest corner, N. Raymond Ave. and E. Washington Blvd.)

Registration fee:

Vendors selling products $60
Exhibitors providing information $15
Not-for-profit organization Free
Organizations providing event service Free

 

Unloading /loading: Directions will be given upon receipt of exhibitor form.

Parking:  Parking will be available at a designated site.  Parking pass sent via email; 1 car/business organization.

Equipment: Each business or vendor will share an 8-foot table and will be provided a chair.  Please plan to bring with you any additional equipment you may need. All equipment and display need to fit within the allotted space.

Note: Electricity will not be available for these exhibits. Please plan accordingly.

  • Festival held rain or shine.  Vendor fees are non-refundable.
  • Latino Heritage reserves the right to refuse vendors that are incompatible with event goals and guidelines.  A full refund will be issued if registration is not accepted.
  • Vendors may not give away plastic bags with purchases.
  • Vendors are responsible for paying sales tax in compliance with local and state tax law.

REGISTRATION REQUIRED: All vendors must be pre-registered.

This is a family and non-partisan event. Please no alcohol nor political campaigning.
